No More Attacks
These two guys do not come to the house to threaten anyone anymore. Mark Molino ends up getting a little cocky and self-righteous but he no longer threatens anyone nor attacks anyone. Mark Molino seems a guy that ends up pretty easy to push over the edge vebally. Just talking some off the wall way, providing some off the wall commentary while someone has low blood sugar, it happens alot with people that get low blood sugars, seems to make him upset. And Brendan Mungavin never much said anything when he came. Why he made threats in 2006 and then acted upon those threats on January First, 2007, the Saint Petersburg Police Department may never know. Brendan provides direct answers to questions asked of him, or he makes threats to people he does not like. How he chooses the people he does not like ends up as a puzzle for everyone in the city.

She works in a nice office building for the Saint Petersburg Fire Department. She is the EMS (Emergency Medical Services) Coordinator for Saint Petersburg. She is a wonderful lady and she was recently notified that the individual in question also has epilepsy. It was described as convulsions. However, this has no effect on what happened on January 1st, 2007. The patient still recalls the fire fighters walking through the door first on that day. He still recalls Mark Molino talking loudly to the EMTs that came to the house that day. He remembers that Mark Molino stated, "I prefer him unconcious rather than alert and oriented as he is very combative."

News: A news story tops the news lists in Saint Petersburg, Florida. A Saint Petersburg firefighter, Brendan Mungavin, assaults a patient on New Years Day, 2007.
Re: Fire/Rescue Officer Brendan Mugavin, #42366 101699
Two fire fighters showed up at a residence to treat a hypoglycemic individual. Brendan Mungavin and Mark Molino previously treated the individual. They know what hypoglycemia is.
Brendan Mungavin, was called out to a home on January 1st, 2007, to help an individual with low blood sugar. Brendan Mungavin grabbed the man from behind and threw the man to the floor, knocking him unconcious. He then dropped his full body wait onto the chest of the individual, thrusting his knees deep into the chest and abdomenal areas. Multiple eyewitnesses reported hearing Brendan Mungavin yell, "I'll kick your <beep>.".
The patient reports blacking out when thrown to the floor, hitting his head upon the concrete floor, only to awaken to sharp pains inside his chest and the underlying internal organs. The blows to the chest and abdomenal area knocked the wind out of Brendan Mungavin 's patient.
The patient described the pains he felt as originating in the chest and abdomenal area. The pressure built up in the abdomenal area, and then traveled into other areas of the body. He indicated he felt a very overwhelming and intense pressure move through his body and into his head.
He stated, "the intense pain and pressure did not stop in the head, the pressure felt like a wave. It moved into my eyes and ears."
"It felt like my chest and abdomenal area exploded, then my head exploded, then my eyes and ears exploded. After the waves of pain traveled through me, a secondary wave went through me. The secondary wave felt quite like an intense energy traveling through me, it kind of dulled all the pains and released me, although it also felt like my whole body popped or exploded. I never felt anything like it in my life."
"I ended up in a curled position with medical professionals standing around me, one beating me up. I experienced excruciating pains throughout my entire body. He (Brendan Mungavin) knocked the bejeebies out of me, and for a long moment of time I could not breathe nor move. Waves of pains travelled through me."
"Time stood still. I thought I died, as I could not see anything, and everything I felt, felt like it exploded. My breathing literally stopped for half a minute. The waves of pain were followed by an intense wave of energy."
"My eyes felt like they popped out of their sockets. I experienced both of my eyes hanging out of their eye sockets like some kind of very intense pressure wanted to push them out of my head. I felt a heavy rush of pressure travel into them, pushing them... pushing... I mean, I literally experienced my eyes coming out of their sockets. The pain and discomfort blinded me, I mean I saw some things but the pain was so intense, time seemed to stop..."
"Not understanding exactly why this was happening... the shock of the whole ordeal, the pain..."
The patient, while getting loaded into the back of the ambulance, prior to transit to the hospital, questioned two EMTs administering care, and asked for the fire fighter's name that kicked him in the chest. The two men in the back of the ambulance (SunStar EMTs) REFUSED to honor the patient's request.
The Saint Petersburg Police Department was contacted by an eyewitness. The Saint Petersburg Police Department responded by sending two officers to visit the patient in the hospital. The Saint Petersburg Police Department questioned the patient and indicated that they could not file any assault charges on the fire fighter. They failed to give the patient any information regarding their report and left the hospital without providing an identification card.

MicroCosmoTalk contacted the Saint Petersburg Police Department for the patient, and the police department happily provided a report number, #2007000109 and the names of the officers sent out to take the report.
Officer's Jacquemin and Landrem investigated the incident and filed it away as report #2007000109.
The Saint Petersburg Fire Department failed to issue a statement when contacted. Saint Petersburg Fire Chief James Dean Large failed to respond to multiple eyewitnesses who tried contacting him. He failed to respond to the individual that was attacked.

Fire fighters are supposed to help patients, not assault them.
The police department declined to file any charges because the patient blacked out and and failed to see which fire fighter knocked him out. The patient believes Brendan Mungavin jumped upon him with his hard heeled boots and states, "the pain across my chest and abdomen felt horrible. I continue to feel a pain across my chest and in the underlying organs. The incident involved me wanting to go to the kitchen to get something to eat. There was no reason for Brendan Mungavin to assault me. My chest and internal organs hurt. I feel sharp pains through my abdomen and lungs. Two SunStar EMT's apologized. Brendan Mungavin failed to issue an apology."
Further information awaits a response from Saint Petersburg Fire Chief, James Dean Large.

Saint Petersburg Fire Department Lieutenant Rick Feinberg stated homeless people violated numerous fire codes with their tents by not having fire extinguishers present, and ordered the destruction of their tents. The Saint Petersburg Fire Department failed to identify specifically which laws/codes/statutes the homeless violated.
The City Of Saint Petersburg destroyed homeless people's tents. The Saint Petersburg Police Department slashed up the tents of homeless people two days after someone shot and murdered two homeless people.
The number of homeless people in Saint Petersburg, Florida continues to rise.
Saint Petersburg, Florida Mayor Rick Baker defended the actions of the Police Departments on January 22, 2007.
The city of Saint Petersburg, Florida wants to rid themselves of the increasing number of homeless people. Tampa, Florida also bears witness to growing numbers of homeless as well. The United States Executive branch falsifies reports on the number of unemployed people inside the United States of America. In fact, no one inside the United States Executive Branch knows the real number of unemployed people. This number continues to grow at a very substantial rate, as indicated by the continuing increasing number of homeless people in EVERY city in the United States of America.

Saint Petersburg Fire Fighter Brendan Mungavin issued a statement to the individual during a previous visit. He stated, "I can put anyone down without leaving a mark on their body." Was it a threat? You decide.
On the day of the assault, Saint Petersburg Fire Fighter Mark Molino, told two SunStar paramedics, "He is a problem." The SunStar EMTs asked, "What do you mean by he's a problem?" Mark Molino replied, "He is trouble. He is combative. I prefer to deal with him while he is unconcious." On that day, Mark Molino, grabbed the patient and refused to let go and ended up as the initial aggressor.
After their assault, when the patient stood up and proceeded to the kitchen, the fire fighters did nothing to stop the patient from going to the kitchen. They all, in fact, let him walk outside without eating anything. Prior to the attack, Mark Molino insisted the patient eat something. The ulterior motives of both Mark Molino and Brendan Mungavin come into question.
Saint Petersburg Fire Fighter, Mark Molino, called a 16 year old girl, an 18 year old girl and a 9 month old child a vulgarity. Why he became angry at people that stood around and watched him and his partner attack an innocent victim remains a mystery. Why they attacked an innocent victim when their duty demands them to aid and assist also remains a mystery.

The paramedics were called out shortly after 11:00pm. Brendan Munganvin and Mark Molino arrived at the house along with two ambulance medics. When identified as agressors on January 1st, 2007, Mark Molino, became uncomfortable and stated, "How could you remember anything? You don't remember a thing." The victim of their attack continues to experiences pain in the right rib and the right side of his upper back, five months after the attack. Mark's answer when identified as "one of the aggressor's", "That was in the past. It is over now." Brendan was told, "the pain from the attack exists as a daily reminder of your assault," Brendan laughed and replied, "Well, I apologize!"
Mark Molino provided a reason for their orchestrated attack, "You were to blame. We were called out to treat you 45 times last year." Brendan had specifically issued a threat previously, stating, "I can put anyone down without leaving a mark on their body. And I WILL do that to you." He issued that threat over the summer of 2006.
A message was left for Saint Petersburg Fire Chief, James Dean Large.

Threats issued by ambulance medics, include,
"We will NOT provide the correct dose of sugar to raise your blood sugars, so you WILL go to the hospital, no matter what. We will inject you with something else if needed."
These are threats issued by medics employed by SunStar and the Saint Petersburg Fire Department. They then lie about the problem when they fill out the reports at the hospital. They are encouraged to drive people to the hospital even though the a patient can be treated onsite, in the house.
Why?
Florida, unlike other states, does not allow SunStar or the fire department to bill the patient unless they go to the hospital. And if the patient does not want to go to the hospital, some EMTs resort to unprofessional behaviours.

Brendan Mungavin is a young good looking fire fighter. He threatened this particular victim six months earlier stating, "I can put anyone down without leaving a mark on their body." When asked how, he replied, "By dropping them to the floor and then dropping my knee into their abdomenal area and knocking the wind out of them. And I'll do that to you."
Brendan Mungavin yelled, "I'll kick your censored," as he attacked an individual from behind. His partner, Mark Molino, grabbed the individual by the arms and released him at a proper moment for Brendan's assault.
In April, another fire fighter visited the home and made an ominous statement, "You do not want to get visited by those two again, right?" When asked, "You mean Mark and Brendan?" the fire fighter replied, "Yes, they will be the ones to come to you. You don't want that, right?" Their patient indicated he did not know how to reply and issued no reply. He indicated, "I accepted what the fire fighter stated. I did not put much thought into it. I never get visited twice in one day. I just wonder why I was told that. Was it a warning? Either way, even if it was a warning, I can not do anything about it. I have NEVER attacked any of the medics. Sometimes they think they know everything... especially Mark Molino, he ends up really cocky and disrespectful sometimes. In fact, on January first Mark Molino initiated the assault on ME. My blood sugar was at a level above 100 and I was heading into the kitchen because he demanded I eat something. They all think being a vegetarian causes problems... He grabbed me and pulled me and would not let go of me. He yelled at me, 'SIT DOWN!' I could not sit down if I tried, because he held onto my arm and was holding me up, as well as holding himself up. And all I wanted to do was get to the kitchen to grab something to eat. I told them that twice, that I will go and get me something to eat as they requested. I tried to pull my arm away from him but he was falling backwards pulling me, using me to hold himself up. Then his partner, Brendan Mungavin, who issued a threat in the past, he attacked me from behind and did exactly what he threatened in the past."

Mark Molino is a middle aged fire fighter who works with Brendan Mungavin. He was present when Brendan Mungavin issued a threat. Mark's reactions as a fire fighter, includes calling young girls and children vulgar names and grappling with a patient when a patient complies with Mark's orders to "get something to eat". When the patient started to walk towards the kitchen to get something to eat, and clearly stated that he was going to the kitchen to get something to eat, that he is a vegetarian, Mark grabbed him and did not let go, pulling him. Mark did not let go. His partner, Brendan Mungavin then grabbed the patient from behind and threw him to the floor. They both acted in conjunction with each other. They attacked someone who they were called to help.

Brendan Mungavin came to this patient's house in 2006 and stated...
"I will put you down and you will not get up. I know how to do that. And I will do that."
The patient looked at him kind of shocked that a fire fighter would make such a threat. The patient asked,
"Why are you telling me this?"
Brendan Mungavin replied,
"Because I will do it,".
Then the question was asked,
"How will you do that?"
Brendan Mungavin replied,
"I will drop you to floor and kick you in the abdomen."
Again, not believing what he heard...
"What?"
Again Brendan Mungavin replied,
"I will DROP YOU to the floor and then knock the wind out of you. You will NOT get up."
The patient told him,
"You should not be saying things like that. You really should not make threats like that. That is not right."
This fire fighter that made the threat, attacked his patient on January 1, 2007.
The victim of the assault stated that he never reported this in the past to the fire department, and that he greatly regrets not reporting it. He simply did not believe anyone in the fire department would attack anyone.
The victim of the assault indicates he made no threat and was not offensive in any manner. He indicates he made no overt threat against any of the EMTs or fire fighters, on that day, nor on any of the previous 45 visits that year. Furthermore, the fact that Mark Molino told the EMTs that he prefers to deal with this individual while the individual is unconcious and the shock expressed by the EMTs, questioning Mark Molino about what he exactly meant, indicates that Mark Molino and Brendan Mungavin rehearsed the attack in their fire vehicle before entering the home. Not only did these fire fighters act inapproriately, they acted with criminal intent. Additionally, Brendan Mungavin acted inappropriately in 2006, when he initially issued threats for no reason at all.
The victim states that he is convinced that Mark Molino and Brendan Mungavin came to the house intent upon perpetrating an attack.
November, 2008
The victim of the assault continues to suffer from their assault.
When questioned why these two fire fighters still work for the Saint Petersburg Fire Department, William Ward stated, "Mark Molino works as an outstanding helicopter pilot, and we need him and will not fire him. Brendan is an outstanding fire fighter as well."
