Cooking Food In A Microwave Oven
Is the food safe to eat after cooking the food in the microwave?
I ask this because recently, in January of this year, 2010, I cooked a potato in the microwave oven. I left the potato in there for 6 minutes. When I pulled the potato out I noticed a small black ant crawling around on the dish that the potato sat in. I stared at the potato and the thought jumped out at me, "that if that ant survived six minutes in the microwave and walked around alive when I took the bowl out, would the bacteria get killed?"
There is something to think about. I no longer believe food ends up safe to eat when it gets cooked inside a microwave oven.
Something else to think about involves the fact that the microwaves might actually be bouncing off the food while you eat the food. I know little about this topic.

Brendan Mungavin (#42366 101699) yells out vulgarities, "I'll kick your a$#!!!."
He knocks a patient to the floor, smashing his patient's head on a concrete. Brendan then jumps into the air, balls up his legs, knees facing down, yelling out some sort of (battle?) cry, plummeting his knees into the chest and abdomen of the unconcious patient. He delivers 19,200 pounds of force into the chest and abdomenal area of an unconcious patient. The victim awakens to EXTREME pain, unable to breathe, feeling crushed, the pressure of the crush causing his eyes to literally pop out of their sockets. Promotes Benzene Consumption
The United States F.D.A. supports mixing sodium benzoate (or potassium benzoate) and ascorbic acid?
While found naturally in small amounts in cinnamon and a few other herbs, various companies mix sodium benzoate (and/or potassium benzoate) into products containing ascorbic acid. Pepsi, Publix and other grocers suggest such activities are healthy. Publix and other grocers combine "ascorbic acid" and "sodium-benzoate" in the bread they produce in their bakeries. Benzoate preservatives get combined with vitamin-C in many store bought products. Furthermore, the benzoate chemical gets put into multitudes of products created by Coca-Cola and other companies (Vlasic, Kraft, Kelloggs, et al) whereby consuming any of those products with lemonade, orange juice or some other fruit or fruit juice may produce the same toxic effects of benzene consumption. The mixing of the benzoate chemicals with ascorbic acid creates a chemical called benzene which causes brain damage, cancer and possibly death. Benzene exposure creates serious health defects. Problems benzene creates includes, anemia, drowsiness, dizziness, rapid heart rate, vomiting, convulsions, a decrease in the size of ovaries, low birth weight, bone deformation (including bone marrow damage), cancer, leukemia and death.
Canola Oil Causes High Cholesterol
We hold these truths to be not so self-evident. But the cholesterol tests tell the whole truth and nothing but the truth.
Throughout 2005, 2006 and early 2007, doctors in the United States of America promoted and continue to promote the consumption of "U.S. F.D.A. Promoted Canola Oil". Some diabetic doctors (Dr. Parbhoo, Saint Petersburg, FL, September, 2005) displayed ads on wide flat screens promoting less consumption of ascorbic acid (vitamin-c), and claimed that vitamin-C (ascorbic acid) causes health problems. Some doctors (Dr. Sandhini Ray, M.D., Dr. Allen Marmen, M.D., Dr. Milind Shastri, M.D., and Dr. Teresa Fagan, M.D.; Saint Petersburg, FL; February, 2007) displayed ads on their wide flat screens promoting more consumption of "U.S. F.D.A. Promoted Canola Oil". To get approval from the F.D.A. "Canadian oil, low acid" distributors paid a $50 million dollar bribe to the F.D.A.
We KNOW it to be unsafe after a six month test which caused a wide variety of health problems. We reported these problems to doctors and feel it is only proper to classify ALL rapeseed products as a dangerous and harmful product.
We performed a study from January 2006 to July, 2006. The results of the study disturbed us alot! Consumption of only one oil occurred during that six month period and that was canola oil.
During the first two weeks of the study, the subject informed us that something happened as far his metabolism goes. He felt the metabolism depression for the next six months. He claims to have felt it even longer, possibly indicating that it takes time for the body to purge itself of canola oil.
Canola oil causes high cholesterol levels. We terminated the study and threw the remaining supplies of canola oil into the trash, swearing never to buy nor eat any canola oil product again.
It takes a while, but consuming canola oil eventually causes the ankles to swell. And cholesterol levels dropped six months after withdrawing from the use of Canola. Canola oil affects the overall health of the circulatory system and results in very poor athletic performance.
Furthermore, on January, 2009, we accidently ate one slice of bread with some canola oil in it, and that day we ended up "accidently" getting our blood pressure medically tested. Is that coincidence? Our blood pressure was 20 points higher than normal on the day of consumption! Unfortunately, Publix makes a lot of bread products out of canola oil.

Where Does Canola Come From?
Where does canola oil come from? Sometimes, it comes from a plant called rapeseed. Sometimes it ends up as something unknown. The Canadian government currently defines genetically raped rapeseed plants as canola seed plants, and what happens when you end up with 100 different rapeseed plants with nothing in common except an approval by a Canadian government agency and an approval by a United States government agency? No one knows what canola is any longer! Such plants never existed and Canadians and Americans create many different varieties of these plants, putting them into food, and patenting the PLANT! How do they know which variety ends up where? What are you eating?!?
The largest mass producer of canola oil ends up as the country known as Canada. Those involved in the production of canola oil feel no shame. Canola sales people get ranked under used-car sales people. In fact, because cholesterol sky rockets when using canola oil, and pure canola oil does NOT exist and the internal content changes daily. It can be compared to the canola industry putting a loaded gun to your head and pulling the trigger until the gun goes off.
Our Advice
Throw away any canola oil and/or canola oil products immediately. Read the labels of ALL foods you buy in the store and do NOT buy any food containing canola oil (rapeseed). Food producers commonly fill the following products with harmful canola oil: salad dressings, Peter Pan Peanut Butter, Jiffy Peanut Butter. Buy only pure uncontaminated foods! We know for a fact, that it takes six (6) months to get canola out of the body. We know for a fact and hold the evidence that canola not only causes a wide variety of health problems, that it slows metabolism down and it raises cholesterol levels.
We hold proof that stopping the consumption of canola oil lowers body weight. We witnessed a total weight loss of 30 pounds once the consumption of canola oil ended. Furthermore, with the amount of time it takes to get canola oil out of the body (six months!) we admit that we do not know of the full long term health problems caused by the consumption of canola oil. We do know it raises cholesterol, raises LDL levels, lowers HDL levels and we were told by world renouned doctors that everyone desires to lower LDL levels and raise HDL levels.
garynull.com presents some interesting concepts. The website indicates that cooking canola may become dangerous. Our studies did NOT involve cooking (cooked) canola. We tested canola in its refigerated state and unrefrigerated states, uncooked, mixed with vinegar and natural basil leaves, garlic, et al natural spices.
It takes a very long time for the body to get rid of the poison named, canola oil.
Canola oil creates health problems by lowering HDLs.
Canola oil slows down the body's metabolism (takes one to two weeks to notice that).
Canola oil creates problems for juvenile diabetes (Type I Diabetes, diabetes mellitus) and changes how the body reacts to insulin. No one with juvenile diabetes (type I diabetes) should ever consume any canola oil product.
Canola oil raises cholesterol levels (LDL levels).
Canola oil causes obesity in many many people. Our subject gained a total of 30 pounds after starting to consume canola oil. He later lost that 50 pounds within 6 months after halting his consumption of canola oil.
Canola oil tastes leave something to be desired.
Fifty percent (50%) of the elementary school population ended up declared obese after public schools started feeding children canola oil. The schools naturally blamed it not on the food that the United States government sells to children and schools, but instead blamed it on their physical education standards. Did their physical education standards drop all of a sudden? We doubt that.
If canola oil is the ONLY bad food you consume, take canola oil out of your life and expect to feel better up to six months later. Expect to lose weight in about 2 to 3 months.
Contact General Mills, Kellogg's and Post and ask them to not put rapeseed into their cereals. Contact Peter Pan, Skippy and Chunky and ask them to NOT put canola into their peanut butter. Beg them to STOP using canola (rapeseed) oil.
